How to Make Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin
3 tablespoons butter
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 sprigs fresh sage
salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Loosen the skin from the chicken. Gently rub butter under the skin, then place slices of lemon and two sage leaves under the skin. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs on a roasting rack and roast until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 30-45 minutes.
